Your key responsibilities:Client Engagement- Lead client workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions using Power Platform components (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio).
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Solution Design & Implementation- Design Power Pages architectures aligned with client objectives.
- Configure and customize portals to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with industry experts to ensure sector-specific needs are addressed.
- Oversee functional and technical testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
Project Management & Enablement- Partner with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Provide post-deployment support to drive adoption and resolve issues.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills and attributes for success- Minimum 4 years in consulting, with proven expertise in Power Platform, especially Power Pages.
- Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, PL-200, Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset for Québec-based projects.
- Ability to model complex business processes and structure data effectively.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Strong skills in drafting functional and technical specifications.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage client expectations and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
