Full Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a standalone Technical Product Manager (TPM) who thrives in autonomy. You will be the definitive bridge between our engineering team and our leadership. You'll need to bring the technical chops to architect external partner ecosystems and the startup grit to own product delivery end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Platform & Ecosystem: Design and execute the product vision for our core platform capabilities. You will build the API architecture and developer frameworks that allow external partners to seamlessly integrate with us.
  • Be the Technical Translator: Act as the critical link between deep engineering and business strategy. You'll dive into sequence diagrams and ERDs with developers, then synthesize that information into clear, actionable strategies for the founders and stakeholders.
  • Architect for Growth: Partner closely with engineering to design distributed backend systems and microservices on GCP that are clean, efficient, and ready to scale.
  • Implement Observability: Because we are small, keeping our systems healthy is everyone's job. You will define the requirements for monitoring and logging frameworks to ensure we have total visibility into complex system behaviors.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Navigate external partner relationships and internal technical decisions with minimal supervision. You own your outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

To thrive here, you must have:
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
  • Cloud & Distributed Systems: 5+ years of experience with API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems built on AWS or GCP.
  • Ecosystem Design: 5+ years of experience designing platform capabilities and APIs specifically meant for external partner integrations and third-party ecosystems.
  • System Observability: Direct experience implementing monitoring frameworks for tracking and troubleshooting complex system behavior.
  • The "Scale" Playbook: A proven track record of delivering complex enterprise integrations or platform products. You know what scale looks like, and you know how to build toward it without enterprise bloat.
  • Startup Agility: While you understand how massive corporate partners operate, you prefer the speed, adaptability, and high accountability of a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • iGaming Experience: Specific experience within the iGaming industry is highly valued and will put your resume at the top of the pile.

Why Join Us?
  • True Ownership: You aren't managing a single isolated feature. You are owning the entire platform ecosystem strategy.
  • Zero Bureaucracy: We value execution over slide decks. If you see a problem, you have the autonomy to fix it.
  • 100% Remote: Work where you are most productive, backed by a team that trusts your work ethic.
