The opportunity

We currently have career opportunities for senior consultants in our Canadian Fraud Risk Consulting team. Our team works to build a better world by transforming fraud risk management through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation. Emerging technologies are transforming fraud and requires our customers to embrace these new technological capabilities to better mitigate fraud risk in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in financial institutions of all sizes and scales, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of fraud risk management. Each project is different, so you'll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We'll look to you to be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. Your key responsibilities

As a senior consultant, you will work with your clients and collaborate with your team using data, and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology-enabled transformations, better fraud mitigation and innovative analytics solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • 3-5 years of financial industry experience, in particular working with Banks or Credit Unions or in a consulting capacity, both focus on Banking Fraud.
  • Experience delivering projects or programs, building relationships, and supporting team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients
  • Led the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps
  • Facilitated stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Progression towards a Project Management certification is an asset
  • Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry
  • Past projects experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
