What You'll BringRequired- BS in engineering, environmental science, environmental science-related field (e.g., geology), occupational health and safety, or related discipline. Minimum 3.0 GPA, or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years (5-10 years preferred) of relevant environmental experience or professional internships.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and experience developing safety plans, with the ability to work safely outdoors in variable weather conditions and challenging terrain.
- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports, and building tables and spreadsheets, including tabulation and manipulation of data.
- Demonstrated attributes to become a strong consultant, including being a team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self-starter who takes initiative, versatility, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail while maintaining a broad project perspective.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to pass a pre-hire background check and drug test.

Preferred- Master's degree.
- EIT, ASP, CHMM certifications, or similar credentials.
- Experience recording and writing detailed technical reports.
- Experience conducting environmental field investigations and compliance assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, site investigation and remediation, and due diligence transaction projects.
- Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, storm water, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and wastewater programs.
- Perform EHS compliance assessments and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support the development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
- Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed.
- Perform Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessmentsto support property transfer transactions.
- Conductenvironmental field work, including groundwater, soil, sediment, and surface water sampling and ecological field studies.
- Conductinspections to verify EHS compliance at customer sites.
- Managemultiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
