Opportunity OverviewThe Senior Consultant serves as an internal advisor and thought partner to enterprise leaders, providing strategic analysis, structured problem solving, and consultative support to advance the firm's highest-priority transformation initiatives. The role operates across multiple workstreams and governance forums, helping leaders evaluate options, align stakeholders, manage enterprise dependencies, and drive execution against critical business outcomes.
Working closely with Enterprise Strategy & Execution leaders, program leads, and functional stakeholders, this individual evaluates complex business challenges, develops strategic recommendations, synthesizes insights, and supports enterprise decision-making through fact-based analysis and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Consultant combines strategic thinking with execution focus, helping translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Position RequirementsWhat You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, enterprise change, program management, analytics, finance, operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide programs.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, executive-ready insights and presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience facilitating discussions, building alignment, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Financial services, wealth management, enterprise transformation, or consulting experience preferred. (Preference language adapted from the Strategy Consultant profile.)
