Job Summary

Under the direction of a Manager, or Senior Manager/Director, the Senior Consultant will develop and provide solutions for clients pursuing operational excellence and/or technical solutions. They will be self- managed for long periods and interface regularly with clients and others outside of Wipfli. Help lead and shape the delivery resources, in accordance with firm policies and procedures. If not leading people or business development efforts, will be focused on expanding technical solutions across Wipfli's footprint.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage end to end project delivery by effectively managing clients' expectations that include project plans, budgets, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite Account Managers and internal stakeholders including the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of client meetings, including kickoffs, status meetings, account reviews, and working sessions.
  • Drive consultant and project accountability by tracking task progress, manage case queues, reinforcing due dates, proactively identifying delivery risks, and escalating issues as needed to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with Project Leads to ensure consultants are clear on ownership, expectations, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor work in progress (WIP) and collaborate with Engagement Managers on billing, utilization, or scope concerns.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to assess needs, collect feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance client experience.
  • Manage a high volume of clients with varying levels of size, complexity, and support, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional services firm or 5+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services.
  • 5+ years of project management experience required.
  • ERP implementation and project management experience required, NetSuite strongly preferred.
  • Experience in managing a team comprised of business analyst(s), developer(s), and solution architect(s) to efficiently deliver projects
  • Demonstrated high competency in project management resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience managing or supporting a high volume of clients and tasks
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle including Agile methodology
  • Experience working in the healthcare and distribution industries preferred
  • Understanding of budget analysis and project planning
  • Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
  • Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
