As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will be providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your various responsibilities will allow you to use your analytical skills on a daily basis and to flourish in a stimulating career.
Your responsibilities - Act as manager in the client accounts department
- Take responsibility for planning the work related to pension plan administration
- Help with work supervision and verification
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects
- Train and coach team members
- Provide support for the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
- Prepare and track the budget
- Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
- Suggest ways of improving our processes
- Develop new business contacts, new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients.
Core Qualifications - Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training
- Exceptional team spirit
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Well-organized and resourceful
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a work group
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written (French; bilingualism an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Salary Range: $ 85,000 - $110,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
