What you'll be doing
Our Competitive Search Enablement team helps strengthen CIBC’s advisor growth strategy by creating meaningful experiences and practical tools that attract top Financial Advisor talent. As a Senior Consultant, Competitive Search Enablement, you’ll lead the design and delivery of recruitment enablement programs, talent engagement events, and candidate marketing initiatives that support long-term relationship building. You’ll translate our Financial Advisor acquisition strategy into compelling leader activation plans, signature events, and personalized engagement approaches that build credibility and momentum in the market. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, Marketing, and Communications, you’ll help shape how we show up to experienced advisors who are evaluating growth, platform, autonomy, client experience, transition support, culture, succession, and legacy. This is a strategic role with hands-on accountability for building high-value touchpoints that differentiate CIBC as the destination of choice for high-performing advisors.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
