Senior Consultant / Business Analyst, you'll join a tight-knit, high-expertise consulting team delivering end-to-end solutions in data management, governance, and monetization. This is a globally remote, full-time role where your contributions will shape both client outcomes and the firm's delivery excellence.

- Define and document requirements, analyze business processes, support testing, training, and rollout efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine methodologies, tools, and approaches-enhancing DataCatalyst's market differentiation.
- Work with partner software vendors to integrate appropriate technology into client environments.
- Own and lead tasks that advance both client success and firm growth-cultivating long-term relationships.
- Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and recruiting initiatives.

- 5-10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines.
- Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

- Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, with meticulous stakeholder management and influence-even under ambiguity.
- Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles-preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact.
