As a Senior Consultant at Altman Solon, you will play a critical role in leading teams through project analyses, formulating recommendations, and presenting findings to clients. Responsibilities include:
  • Guiding day-to-day activities of one or more project workstreams, typically owning a workstream while also managing teams of analysts and consultants across a variety of activities, including:
    • Market sizing, business model development, and other quantitative analyses
    • Primary and secondary research, including survey design and analysis and interviews with subject matter experts

  • Remaining flexible and adaptable when goals or deadlines shift, and being able to scale a workstream to meet the client's needs
  • Leading junior staff in designing financial and operational models and conducting secondary and primary research gathering activities, including surveys and expert interviews
  • Synthesizing complex data and qualitative information into meaningful insights

Meaningfully contribute to the team's efforts in achieving client goals. This includes:
  • Confidently communicating complex ideas and concepts via verbal, written, and visual means
  • Playing an active role in formulating the full storyline of the project, and being able to distill the key information into an executive narrative
