Senior Project ManagerJLL Project & Development Services - Broker-Facing Team
Find your next move at JLL and build a fulfilling career. We value what makes you unique, and we're committed to giving you the opportunity, knowledge, and tools to own your success.
What This Role Is AboutThis is not an order-taking role. We're looking for someone who leads with the question, "How can I best support my brokers and clients?" - someone who puts themselves in front of brokers and clients rather than waiting to be told what's needed. Commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects are your specialty, and you bring a strategic, proactive mindset to every milestone, every budget conversation, and every client relationship.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like- Leading commercial tenant improvement projects from site selection through completion, delivering white-glove service at every stage
- Proactively identifying strategic paths to hit milestones and stay aligned with budget - not just tracking against them after the fact
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Running with speed and accuracy in parallel - balancing a fast-moving pipeline without sacrificing precision
- Bringing an inquisitive, questioning approach to project challenges rather than defaulting to the way it's always been done
- Influencing and improving our processes and templates, contributing directly to what "best-in-class" looks like on this team
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders - including brokers - to win as a team and ensure project success
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and brokers, understanding their goals and objectives
- Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with demonstrated specialization in commercial tenant improvement projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrated strategic thinking - able to see beyond task execution to how a project supports broader client and brokerage goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, proactive decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience leading TI projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare
- Demonstrated experience in change management, process improvement, and driving innovation
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
