EnTech is seeking a full-time
Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex building projects from planning through construction. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from start to finish, with solid leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills.
MEP experience is highly preferred.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Lead project planning, design, and construction delivery
- Oversee building systems coordination, including MEP
- Manage teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate communication across all project parties
- Ensure successful delivery across various project types (institutional, healthcare, residential, etc.)
- Identify risks and implement solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience with MEP coordination
- 15+ years of experience (or 10+ years with PE or RA license)
- Experience managing complex building projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems
- Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with NYC public agencies (e.g., DDC)
- Knowledge of NYC codes, permitting, and regulations
Estimated Starting Annual Compensation:$140,000+
