Senior Project Manager with proven
General Contractor experience managing multi-site Big Box Retail rollouts. The role oversees multiple projects, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships, and MEP coordination.
Requirements:- 5+ years of project management experience
- Must have GC-side Big Box Retail multi-site rollout experience
- Strong commercial construction and MEP knowledge
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project financials
- Strong subcontractor, vendor, and client management
- Experience working with local municipalities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- BS in Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
- PMP and OSHA 30 preferred
