DescriptionWe are currently looking for a
Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Management team in Central Valley region.
Senior Construction Manager day-to-day:
- Provide senior-level leadership for construction management services, ensuring full compliance with contract documents, drawings, estimates, specifications, and company standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication.
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to achieve project schedule, cost, safety, quality, and performance goals.
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor the performance of contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Oversee project controls, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and performance reporting; identify and mitigate project risks.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring thorough documentation, tracking, and resolution of action items, decisions, and key issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements related to safety, staffing, equipment, and performance across all project participants.
- Provide oversight of project logistics, site organization, safety planning, manpower utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Support staff development through mentorship, coaching, performance feedback, and leadership by example.
- Ensure successful project closeout, including completion of punch lists, final documentation, warranties, guarantees, and turnover requirements.
- Uphold and promote quality standards to ensure services provided meet or exceed owner and company expectations.
- Perform other duties as required to support project and organizational success.

What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other related technical discipline preferred.
- OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Management, or related business discipline with equivalent construction management experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing construction, engineering, or architectural projects, including leadership responsibility over teams and complex project scopes.
- Non-degree candidates must possess 10+ years of relevant construction management experience; commitment to continued education is a plus.
- Professional registration (Architect, Engineer) and/or General Contractor license is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management practices, including estimating, cost control, scheduling, project controls, documentation, and construction means and methods.
- Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, project documentation, and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated experience in project accounting, cost management, administrative oversight, and professional personnel interaction.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems such as Prolog, SureTrak, Primavera, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to represent Roebbelen and client entities with professionalism and integrity while ensuring compliance with company policies, contracts, and applicable laws and regulations.
