Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction management experience in a large organization, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
• Demonstrated experience with heavy construction and renovation projects.
• Strong project accounting skills including budget management and cost monitoring.
• Experience in a corporate environment is required.
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills essential.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Preferred experience with projects in Florida or on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analysis and provide recommendations for site acquisitions.
• Lead due diligence including review of surveys and environmental reports.
• Identify and address construction assumptions and project risks.
• Supervise design and engineering consultants through all phases of site plans and construction.
• Review drawings for conformity to company design standards.
• Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Create schedules and manage milestones to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate communication between all project stakeholders and advise on delays or budget issues.
