Full Job Description
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River, MD to support a Major NAVAIR Acquisition/Operations contract. The Configuration Management Analyst/Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements:

Essential Job Duties:
  • Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs to support program decision-making.
  • Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and program data.
  • Tracks configuration changes.
  • Coordinate and support the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) from inception to approval.
  • Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Establish, implement, and populate a configuration and data management control system using IAW established processes.
  • Support and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCB). Provide data required for the conduct of CCBs.
  • Track ECPs relative to the sustainment effort that have been requested or submitted for review/approval to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • After ECP approval, assist the Government by ensuring the ECP is implemented in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Government by preparing CDRLs for use in contract documentation for sustainment efforts.
  • Set up and maintain a digital library of program documentation on a program SharePoint site, IDE, or media library inventories.
  • Provide statistics and metrics using the NAVAIR configuration management system.
  • Monitor and track configuration changes, ensuring all modifications are documented and traceable.
  • Work effectively with geographically disbursed teams with little to no supervision.

Experience Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of professional experience with the duties listed above.

Desired Experience:
  • Desire two years' experience in UAS acquisition, with focus on early development and Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phases of lifecycle.
  • Desire two years' experience with advanced, digital data integration and management with emphasis on AI enabled systems using Large Language Model/Machine Learning (LM/ML) tools.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree

OR
  • Associate Degree plus Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

OR
  • Four (4) years years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.


The estimated base salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $132,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
