Job Summary

The Senior Conference Payments Analyst will play a key role in supporting IEEE's Accounts Payable department by overseeing conference-related payments and ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of event-related payments. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and approving payments to vendors, speakers, venues, awardees, and other stakeholders involved in IEEE conferences.

The Senior Conference Payments Analyst will ensure that all payment requests are supported by appropriate documentation and are compliant with company policies, tax regulations, and best business practices. The role also involves substantial communication with conference organizers to provide updates on payment status and guide them in resolving documentation issues.

Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable, this individual will play a significant role in reshaping the conference payments process by implementing more efficient and effective policies and procedures.
