As a Senior Compliance Business Partner you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:- Serve as the primary compliance contact for branch leadership, providing guidance on compliance questions and concerns.
- Coach and mentor Compliance Business Partners, and oversee Associate Compliance Business Partners' timeliness, accuracy, productivity, and quality of work.
- Lead high-risk investigations with the Director of Service Line Compliance. Interview staff, gather and analyze evidence, and develop findings and recommendations.
- Review team investigations for completeness, provide feedback, and maintain accurate case records and reports.
- Identify trends and root causes, recommend preventive actions, and promptly escalate significant compliance, privacy, quality, or business risks.
- Partner with operational leaders and the Director of Service Line Compliance to improve processes and reduce risk.
- Meet quality and productivity goals, complete required training, and protect patient and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
What is Required?- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field or 5-7 years' relevant experience in Compliance, Risk or Safety investigations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, clinical risk management, patient/employee safety, or a related field within a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in home health, hospice or personal care services is highly desirable.
- Current RN, LPN or equivalent clinical licensure preferred.
- Certification in Compliance (e.g. CHC) is preferred.
- TRAVEL: Up to 10%, may include driving, air travel and overnight stays.
- Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
