  • Manages the salary survey process, including submissions, costs, and result analyses to identify opportunities.
  • Participates in designing compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans.
  • Oversees the market pricing system, ensuring data maintenance, survey participation, and job level mapping.
  • Evaluates market data and trends to assess competitiveness of compensation programs.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant federal, state, and local compensation regulations.

Position Summary

In this role, you will lead and/orsupportsa variety of compensation initiatives and projects enterprise-wide, including compensation program design, the annual merit and incentive process, etc.

Position Details
  • Leadsand/orsupportsa variety of compensation initiativesand projectsenterprise-wide,includingcompensationprogram design,the annual merit and incentiveprocess, etc.
  • Fostersstrong partnershipsand interaction withinternalbusiness partners.This includes but is not limited to addressing HRBP and leader questionsregardingcompensationand providingtimelyresolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Managessalary surveyprocess, includingparticipatingand tracking submission deadlines and associated costs, processing payments, analyzingsurvey results toidentifygaps and opportunities.
  • Participates in the designof compensation plans, such as incentive and commission plans.
  • Managesmarket pricingsystemto include survey data maintenance, survey participation, aging & job level mappingmethodology, and data integrity/maintenance.
  • Evaluatesmarket data/trends and conduct analyses todeterminethe competitiveness ofSouthland'scompensation programs
  • Ensurescompliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulationsregardingcompensation.
