Job Requirements
Responsible for leading the implementation and administration of compensation programs. Leads projects and supports more complex compensation initiatives. Provides analytical support to Leaders and HR functions to ensure compliance with labor laws and ensures the accuracy and integrity of compensation data.
Primary Responsibilities
• Partners with Human Resource, Payroll and HRIS team members to ensure excellent customer service to the organization.
• Leads more complex projects. Participates and supports Compensation projects.
• Lead resource supporting Compensation tools and technology. Lead resource for testing functionality and influencing design. Administer compensation tools. Generates reports and ad hoc requests as requested.
• Liaison to the survey companies and key resource for the administration of salary survey questionnaires. Responsible for survey completion tracking and payment. Vendor relations connection for support questions, upgrades, and training. Facilitates the administration of market data in the market tool.
• Leads the vendor relationships and support of the Compensation Market tools. Administers and maintains the database with survey information and team member data. Provides reports as needed. May assist in job market pricing.
• Lead Compensation resource for HRIS support and is the liaison with the HRIS and IS&T departments. Coordinates the activities related to compensation projects and flow into the HRIS system.
Responsible for the accurate administration of job codes, years of experience, pay ranges/grades and other relevant compensation-related information.
• Is the liaison to the information utilized in the HR Dashboard and analytics that support Compensation Pay Practice decisions.
• Supports, explores, implements AI processes to enhance processes.
May support the Compensation Specialists and Consultants by supporting case management. May support job offer reviews and compensation cases that are more complex.
• May supports equity and market adjustment analysis and study of years of experience to provide cost and guidance on pay adjustment studies. Reviews salary administration problems/concerns such as internal equity issues and provides recommendations.

Work Experience
Education & Experience - Required
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources
• Five or more years' experience as a Compensation Analyst
• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced formula logic
• Project Management
• Experience auditing and validating compensation data with a high degree of accuracy in a regulated and complex healthcare environment
Education & Experience - Preferred
• HRIS database support experience preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
