OverviewThe Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic compensation partner across multiple business functions through the development and delivery of market-based analysis, management and execution of various compensation programs and processes, and offering actionable data driven guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners to support business decisions. This role also ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary compensation partner for assigned business function(s), providing data driven consultative recommendations in support of the HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Partners and collaborates on timely resolution of compensation related issues, ad hoc market analyses, offer letters, compensation adjustments, compensation related education/training, etc.
- Perform market pricing and benchmarking using external compensation resources to assess competitiveness and inform pay decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and administer compensation structures, incentive programs, processes and documentation.
- Conduct job evaluations and support job architecture, leveling, and make recommendations regarding FLSA determinations.
- Analyze internal equity, pay compression, and market movement trends; provide data driven, actionable recommendations.
- Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and structural updates.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on cost modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, compensation tools, guidelines, and leader-facing materials to support business decisions, along with education, and understanding of compensation programs and practices.
- Ensure adherence to compensation policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support SOX controls, audits, and documentation related to assigned responsibilities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
- Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or corporate professional populations.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience interpreting compensation data and developing clear, actionable insights.
