We're looking for a Senior Community Product Manager to join Adobe and help us understand how emerging audiences use new technologies, including AI, in their creative process. In this role, you will connect with an early access community, elevate insights, and advocate within Adobe on behalf of the community. Your work will result in products the community champions. You will champion cross-functional initiatives with influence at the Director level.

8+ years of experience in customer insight, product management, or design leadership experience, ideally serving creative customers. Consulting or strategy background also helpful.
A strong leader and doer who doesn’t mind rolling up sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years of experience in community management OR equivalent practical experience.
Be an integral part of the team’s success building an understanding of the community and championing their needs across Adobe. Influence product teams and drive roadmaps across multiple teams, ensuring community roadmap items get delivered and shared back with the community
Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $112,000 - $215,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $215,100
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
