The Senior Communications Strategist plays a critical role in shaping and executing connections strategies that ensure bold, best-in-class creative ideas show up in the right context, at the right time, and in the right channels. As an audience expert, the role uncovers insights from multiple sources and translates them into clear, inspiring briefs that fuel best-in-class creative work and build client trust. Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work within a team to help develop creative comms planning solutions for major initiatives, campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with business and brand goals.
• Lead with passion for the work and push teams to create famous work
• Partner with marketing, creative, media, social, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Support comms strategy directors in managing client relationships, timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Become an expert on the nuances of how your clients play in culture
• Use data and performance insight to refine plans and improve effectiveness
• Present recommendations and results to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Learn best practices from internal teams and offer new solutions to managers
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of previous comms strategy or social strategy experience
• Interest in culture and impacting how brands interact with their audiences

Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $163,632.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
