Job Title: Senior Commission Analyst
Reports to: VP, Revenue Management
Locations: US - Boston, MA, Houston, TX (Hybrid)

As a Senior Commission Analyst at Conga, you will play a key role in designing, configuring rules in comp tool, administering, and optimizing commission programs that enable the organization to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will leverage your experience, market intelligence, data analytics, and business partnership skills to contribute to developing commissions solutions that are aligned with Conga's philosophy, business objectives, and growth strategy.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Sales, Sales Ops, and business leaders to provide guidance, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure market competitiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor on commission matters, delivering insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will partner with the business to ensure what is designed for metrics is operationally possible through commission tool.

You will:
  • Administer and support Conga's global commission programs.
  • Build commission rules.
  • Route commission plans.
  • Leverage HR reports and commission tools to maintain accurate compensation data and reporting.
  • Create employee statement views, dashboards and analytics that provide meaningful insights into commissions earned.
  • Participate in commission related audit requests as part of annual audit.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality of commission.
  • Assist with requests on attainment and any ad hoc requests.
  • Document compensation processes, guidelines, and best practices to support consistency across the organization.

A proven track record...
  • 5+ years of progressive commission experience.
  • Experience building/configuring plans in SPIFF
  • Ability to problem solve issues in SPIFF and integration between systems.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting annual commission planning including system requirements to achieve automation of annual plans within SPIFF.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, SPIFF, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and consult with leaders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.

U.S base salary range:

$98,850-$158,160 USD
