Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA.

 

Periodic travel to Lancaster, PA and for team/other scheduled meetings with line of business.

 

This role is responsible for a portfolio of Commercial Treasury Receivable Products (including Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, HCRM, vault services) and will develop those Treasury Management Payments strategies to achieve enterprise strategic objectives. In addition to being responsible for the overall performance (P&L) of the assigned portfolio, this individual will coordinate with key business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable strategies and function as a technical subject matter expert to drive growth within the commercial bank.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the Treasury Management technical and strategic subject matter expert for Treasury Receivable Products (including Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, HCRM, vault services), develops comprehensive strategies that effectively align with enterprise objectives, plans and manages the integrations between transactional systems, assesses competitive position and understands market forces, identifies emerging trends and technologies and provides thought leadership on emerging opportunities, builds user/customer journeys, and manages the performance and strategic/technical life cycle of assigned products/solutions.
  • Manages the P&L for multiple products/solutions and is responsible for development of strategies to achieve established growth targets; leads engagement with sales teams on pricing and programs.
  • Collaborates with business partners and stakeholders, agile development teams, and technology resources to execute on strategies for multiple products/solutions, to include participating as a key stakeholder in M&A activity (conversions, integrations, etc.), and special projects.
  • Manages vendor relationships for multiple products/solutions, with responsibility to ensure vendor performance, adherence to contractual obligations, and evaluation of new features/functions introduced by each vendor; leads evaluation of vendor reviews, RFPs/RFIs, and negotiation of vendor contracts.
  • Manages the risk associated with multiple products/solutions and collaborates with business partners and stakeholders to ensure that strategies for each product/solution effectively mitigate risk and are appropriately consistent with enterprise risk appetite.

 

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or related field. (Required)

 

Master's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business, finance, or related field. (Preferred)

Experience

10 or more years business/commercial banking. (Required)

 

5 or more years  Treasury Management product management in financial services. (Required)

 

Experience managing Treasury Receivable Products (including Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, HCRM, vault services) (Required)

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services (Required)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

 

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
