What You'll Do- Drive new business development and expand commercial loan portfolios through active prospecting and relationship-building in the Edmond market
- Structure, underwrite, and manage commercial credit relationships across a range of industries
- Serve as a visible leader in the local business community, representing the bank at networking events and civic organizations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior lenders and support staff
- Partner with credit, treasury, and executive leadership to deliver a seamless client experience
- Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio while identifying opportunities for sound, profitable growth
What You Bring- 5+ years of commercial lending experience, with a demonstrated record of production and business development
- Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a bank or financial institution
- Strong credit and underwriting acumen
- An established network or the ability to quickly build one within the Edmond / OKC metro market
- A self-starter mentality with the drive to build something and the polish to represent the bank at the highest level
