Full Job Description
Senior Enablement Programs Manager

At Smartly, we're looking for a Senior Enablement Programs Manager to help transform our most important go-to-market priorities into clear, actionable commercial motions that drive customer and business outcomes. Sitting within Commercial Enablement, this role partners across Sales, Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Commercial Leadership to ensure revenue teams are equipped to execute with confidence and consistency.

This role is ideal for a commercially-minded operator who thrives in ambiguity, builds alignment across stakeholders, and turns complex inputs into practical guidance, scalable programs, and measurable adoption. You'll help bridge strategy and execution, ensuring our commercial priorities become successful field motions.
What You Will Do
  • Own commercial activation plans for strategic go-to-market initiatives, product launches, field plays, and revenue motions.
  • Translate product, market, customer, and competitive insights into compelling narratives, talk tracks, manager guidance, and field-ready resources.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Agency, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Product, and Insights teams to align messaging, activation plans, success metrics, and execution expectations.
  • Build and scale enablement programs supporting strategic priorities such as product adoption, expansion opportunities, customer value storytelling, QBR and HBR excellence, and major commercial campaigns.
  • Create executive-ready updates that provide visibility into activation progress, adoption trends, risks, blockers, and required actions.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks, templates, frameworks, and operating rhythms that help teams execute consistently across regions, segments, and customer types.
  • Leverage AI tools, enablement platforms, CRM systems, and commercial insights to improve content discoverability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen execution.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Commercial Enablement by improving cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and overall commercial impact.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, go-to-market strategy, commercial strategy, product marketing, revenue operations, customer success strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial motions, including sales cycles, customer value communication, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate complex products, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive insights into practical commercial guidance and actionable field programs.
  • Experience building launch plans, field plays, manager toolkits, adoption programs, QBR/HBR frameworks, or commercial operating rhythms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive-level updates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience using AI tools, CRM platforms, enablement technologies, content systems, conversation intelligence tools, or commercial analytics to improve execution.
  • High ownership, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to driving outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, media, agency environments, or other complex B2B organizations.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, learning management platforms, content management systems, AI-enabled workflows, or revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Experience creating executive business reviews, strategic playbooks, adoption reporting, or operational performance updates.
