What you will do:- Provide technical leadership in collaboration systems engineering
- Apply expertise in large-scale distributed systems
- Support remote development, debugging, and deployment
- Identify system requirements and contribute to software architecture
- Synthesize baseline designs and evaluate candidate technologies
- Oversee prototyping efforts
- Contribute to cost and schedule planning
- Develop and integrate collaboration tools within organization
- Conduct research, analysis, engineering, and testing
- Support documentation, implementation, and integration activities
What you will bring: - BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline
- 5 years of experience in collaboration systems engineering
- Expertise in large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with remote development, debugging, and deployment
- Knowledge of software systems architecture
- Experience with prototyping and technology evaluation
- Strong communication skills for technical explanations
How you will wow us:- Prior experience with DoD, DISA, or DES collaboration systems
- Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA
- Experience deploying collaboration tools in secure defense environments
- Familiarity with DoD-approved collaboration platforms
- Background in distributed systems for classified networks
