Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete client life cycle for assigned relationships.

  • Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues & external partners.

  • Prepare and process client onboarding documentation.

  • Facilitate money movements, transfers of assets, charitable contributions and RMDs with high level of accuracy.

  • Monitor cash & account activity, custodian alerts and confirm completion of submitted requests.

  • Prepare for and attend client meetings as necessary, manage follow-up and documentation.

  • Monitor external alternative investments; complete subscription agreements, process & track capital calls/distributions.

  • Provide quarterly overview of billing calculations using provided comparisons.

  • Proactively communicate with and anticipate the unique needs of your clients.

  • Create & maintain formula-based analytics using Excel.

  • Manage special projects and life events based on client requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of five years of experience at an RIA or similar financial services company

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM system

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a high level of competency in Excel

  • Complete integrity with an uncompromised reputation

  • Ability to maintain total confidentiality

  • An excellent team player who enjoys collaboration but also works well individually

  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to remain detail-oriented while multi-tasking and working at a fast pace

  • Ability to take ownership of projects and carry them through to completion

  • Travel is not required

Pay Information

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New Jersey. The pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
