Job Description The client manager is responsible for one or more clients (from small clients to group and PACE clients). The client manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The client manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the client and shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality. Job Description - Grade Specific Understands the clients strategy in their remit. Ensures that the client strategy is aligned with Capgeminis overall strategy. Knows market and industry. Creates the 1 to 3 year account plan. Focus on MâÂ,¬5 " MâÂ,¬10 deals. Local client, indicative responsibility under MâÂ,¬20. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 89,000 - CAD 170,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
