About the Role:

The Senior Client Delivery Manager is a senior, client-facing position embedded within the Account Management team, responsible for ensuring that complex Branded Partnership and Agency engagements are delivered successfully, on time, and in scope, while maintaining strong internal alignment and exceptional client experiences.

Senior Client Delivery Managers are strategic operators and calm problem-solvers. They partner closely with their account teammates to translate client goals into executable plans, guide cross-functional teams through delivery, and proactively manage risk, resourcing, and expectations. This role owns how work gets delivered, as well as how it gets done.

This is a highly collaborative role that balances client partnership, operational leadership, and cross-functional communications internally between Creative, Production, and Strategy partners.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as core delivery partner to Account Management, translating client objectives into delivery approaches, timelines, and execution plans, and presenting/aligning on these with clients as needed
  • Partner with Account leads and functional team leads on scopes, staffing plans, workflows, and delivery assumptions throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Brief teams on scope, roles, communication plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Own day-to-day delivery oversight for multiple workstreams with minimal oversight, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to scope
  • Develop and maintain internal/client-facing timelines, and collaborate daily with Account Management, Creative, Production, and Strategy leads to keep all stakeholders aligned on workflow, deliverables, and requirements
  • Communicate progress (high-level and detailed) to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Lead internal milestone meetings (kickoffs, creative reviews), documenting decisions and next steps
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, using contingency plans as needed
  • Own quality control across deliverables, from social-first assets to large-scale 360 campaigns, and maintain organized asset/deliverable tracking
  • Own the use and integrity of ATTN: delivery systems (Asana, Google Drive, Smartsheet, Kantata, etc.), including weekly hours tracking
  • Track burn, delivery health, and resourcing, partnering with Account leads on reporting, commentary, and action items; manage resourcing/forecasting in Kantata
  • Log lessons learned, facilitate retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across the Account organization

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or account operations within an agency, production company, or publisher
  • Strong working knowledge of creator programs, social media & community management, design systems, and video & photo production and post-production workflows
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable in client-facing settings; able to clearly communicate timelines, milestones, and tradeoffs
  • Proficiency in project and resource management tools (Asana, Kantata, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Excel/Sheets)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with a solutions-first mindset
  • Ability to manage through influence in complex organizational structures
  • Able to balance short-term problem solving with long-term delivery sustainability
  • Passion for improving how teams work together and how work gets delivered
  • Experience building scopes, staffing plans, and client-facing proposals is a plus
