As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.

- Proficient in managing client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage, and education on risk solutions, while effectively advocating for clients
- Extensive experience property and building risk, as well as handling intricate construction claims, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Skilled in leading claim reviews and educating clients and teams on best practices, with a strong ability to participate in client meetings to deliver tailored claims management services
- Adept at collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies, fostering strong relationships, analyzing insurance needs, and ensuring timely execution of service plans to achieve measurable value and efficiency
- Experienced in following client service workflows, utilizing internal resources for enhanced efficiency, maintaining accurate client files, and ensuring data completeness by consistently meeting timelines and quality standards
- Demonstrates a positive and resilient attitude when facing challenges, embracing obstacles as opportunities to learn, adapt, and deliver exceptional results
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- 5+ years of experiencein claims handling within an agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of success in senior roles.
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
- AIC, CIC, CPCU, SCLA or other related professional designation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The applicable base salary range for this role is $78,100 to $145,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
