Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Support professional development and performance management initiatives
Client Engagement- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Translate client objectives into actionable project plans
- Lead proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations
Market Awareness & Business Development- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance market presence
Technical Expertise- Oversee civil engineering design, permitting, and construction processes
- Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges across all project phases
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, team leadership, and client management
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
