Senior Change Manager – ALMA Transformation

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Senior Change Manager – ALMA Transformation to join our Enterprise IT team.

In this strategic role, you will have the opportunity to architect and execute the global change management roadmap for ALMA, our cornerstone enterprise transformation program across the Asset Lifecycle Management business unit. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and steering committees, your expertise will help drive sustainable adoption, align global cross-functional teams, and turn complex transformation goals into operational reality.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

  • Define and lead the global change vision, strategy, governance frameworks, and toolkits for the ALMA transformation across multi-regional business functions.

  • Partner directly with executive sponsors and leadership networks to align organizational design, mitigate operational risks, and accelerate decision-making.

  • Design and execute end-to-end global communication strategies and stakeholder engagement models that drive alignment and cultural agility.

  • Conduct enterprise change impact assessments and establish sentiment governance models, ROI indicators, and adoption metrics.

  • Facilitate strategic workshops, lead capability-building initiatives, and oversee post-implementation reviews to ensure long-term change sustainability.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of change management leadership experience driving large-scale global transformations within complex multi-national organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise change management methodologies, governance frameworks, and executive advisory practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; Advanced Change Management certification is preferred.

  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and align senior executives and cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Sales.

  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across global time zones and leverage AI tools to enhance stakeholder analysis, communication, and training delivery.

Reasonably expected salary range: $98,800.00 - $131,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
