Job Summary

Supports change management for assigned initiatives by coordinating change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and enablement activities. Partners with project teams and HR stakeholders to assess impacts, track readiness, and help drive adoption and sustained change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level change management efforts for strategic initiatives and programs
  • Own and measure change outcomes, including adoption, readiness engagement and sustained behavior change, and report insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Apply an employee-experience lens to change design, proactively identifying friction points and mitigating change fatigue across concurrent initiatives
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training support
  • Ensure consistency and rigor in change management approach by implementing standard methodologies, tools, and operating processes
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating change effectiveness and refining approaches as needed
  • Consult with and coach project teams, leaders, and stakeholders on change impacts, readiness, and adoption strategies
  • Enable leaders and people managers with the tools, messaging, and guidance needed to role-model and reinforce change
  • Translate complex or sensitive information into clear, actionable messaging that drives alignment and understanding
  • Manage and prioritize change activities across multiple concurrent initiatives, considering dependencies, sequencing, and organizational capacity
  • Perform specialized assignments and solve complex problems using advanced analytical and strategic thinking
  • Interpret internal and external business environments to assess change impact on operational, customer, and project outcomes
  • Lead or support functional initiatives with moderate risk, scale, and resource complexity
  • Operate as an independent contributor, exercising sound judgment while seeking guidance for highly complex situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related field


Experience

  • 5 + years of experience in an HR or business function with a strong focus on Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Enablement, or Talent Management
