Job Description
As organizations accelerate their digital, operational, and technological transformations, particularly with the emergence of artificial intelligence, we are strengthening our Organization and Change Management practice.
You will contribute to strategic engagements that are at the heart of our clients' priorities, including digital transformation, adoption of new technology solutions, evolution of ways of working, agile transformation, outsourcing initiatives, international programs, organizational transformation, and the responsible integration of AI into business practices.
As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will help design and implement change strategies tailored to our clients' human, organizational, and technological realities. You will play a key role in driving stakeholder engagement, strengthening internal capabilities, supporting sustainable adoption of change, and guiding teams through increasingly complex and evolving environments.
You will be part of an experienced team that will provide the support needed to successfully deliver client engagements, further develop your expertise, and achieve your professional goals.

As a Senior Organizational and Change Management Consultant, you will support our clients through their transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients in the assessment, definition, and implementation of their overall change management strategy through a tailored, end-to-end approach.
Designing, adapting, and deploying change management frameworks, including tools, methodologies, guiding principles, engagement approaches, and monitoring mechanisms.
Facilitating workshops with project teams, managers, and stakeholders to identify impacts, risks, challenges, resistance factors, and adoption drivers.
Delivering key change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, human and organizational risk assessments, communication plans, training plans, engagement strategies, and implementation readiness activities.
Analyzing business processes, operating models, and strategic objectives to translate business needs into organizational impacts, adoption requirements, and actionable change management recommendations.
Implementing change management levers to effectively mobilize, engage, and equip key project stakeholders.
Supporting clients in the adoption of new technologies, including digital solutions, collaboration tools, and, where applicable, AI-enabled solutions.
Identifying and assessing the human, ethical, organizational, and operational impacts associated with integrating AI into processes, roles, skills, and ways of working.
Contributing to the design of change and adoption approaches that promote the responsible, progressive, and sustainable adoption of digital and AI technologies.
Supporting teams in developing their understanding, confidence, and proficiency in using new technologies.
Coordinating change management activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
Ensuring the quality of deliverables, preparing status reports, and contributing to the definition, measurement, and monitoring of change success metrics.
Managing the progress of change management deliverables in alignment with project governance and ensuring their integration into the overall project schedule.
Developing action plans to address unforeseen challenges, resistance to change, adoption issues, and potential risks.
Contributing to the growth of the consulting practice by supporting business development activities, participating in proposal development, and positioning our service offerings in the marketplace.

To be successful in this role, you bring the following qualifications and attributes:

Relevant university degree (BBA, Graduate Diploma, M.Sc., MBA, or equivalent).
Proven experience of 5+ years in change management, ideally gained within a consulting firm or a complex transformation environment.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools.
Ability to support digital, technological, organizational, and operational transformation initiatives.
Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business models, value chains, operational processes, and performance metrics in order to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, automation, and new digital ways of working.
Ability to understand AI-related adoption challenges and support teams in embracing new tools and technological practices.
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to deepen knowledge of generative AI, including its use cases, limitations, impact on professions, and requirements for responsible adoption.
Ability to communicate complex technology and AI concepts effectively to diverse, non-technical, and multidisciplinary audiences.
Awareness of the human, ethical, organizational, and cultural considerations associated with AI integration within organizations.
Ability to leverage digital tools and, when appropriate, generative AI solutions to support analysis, synthesis, workshop preparation, deliverable development, and the continuous improvement of change management practices.
Experience supporting an ERP implementation project is considered a strong asset.
Prosci certification is an asset.
Eligibility for, or the ability to obtain, a Government of Canada security clearance at the time of employment offer, including having resided in Canada for at least five consecutive years.
High level of autonomy, adaptability, active listening skills, analytical thinking, and synthesis capabilities.
Strong client-service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to present, influence, and engage audiences across all organizational levels.

Fluency in both French and English. Bilingualism is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with national and international clients.
