Deep knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals including SEO, digital shelf optimization, paid media strategy, fulfillment models (1P/3P/hybrid), and marketplace dynamics.
Proven ability to lead category captain and JBP engagements with major national or regional retail accounts, with a track record of winning and retaining category leadership status.
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills - able to distill complex analysis into compelling strategic narratives for C-suite and senior retail audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
