Role Overview:This role is for a Senior Camstar MES Solution Architect with extensive experience in Siemens Camstar MES Solutioning, specifically focusing on Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural skills and hands-on experience with Camstar tools to drive factory automation and process standardization.

- Possess a strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ensure experience with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization with Area leads and Process SMEs.
- Work with lead SMEs to develop MES solution and factory automation requirements.
- Provide time estimates, user story point estimates, and status for all assigned stories.
- Author and perform documents supporting validation of Factory automation.
- Collaborate across teams to consolidate requirements for MES development.
Required Skills:- Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in Siemens Camstar MES Solutioning, with a focus on Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation.
- Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with other production systems.
- Hands-on experience in Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling, and Connect MOM.
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledgeable in both front-end and back-end development with strong skills in Visual Studio, REST API, and OData protocols.
- Experience in enterprise application integration (SAP PLM) and machine integration.
- Deep understanding of the Wafer Fab manufacturing process and solutioning.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment integrations with MES applications.
- Ability to create and manage Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them.
- Proficiency in collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes.
- Experience in implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
- Functional experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management, and Factory Automation - SECS/GEM.
- Expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
- Proficiency with Camstar (Siemens Opcenter).
Qualifications:- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
