OverviewDecisionPoint seeks a Senior Campaign Manager to lead multi-platform digital and social media campaigns that support MC&FP priorities, initiatives, and enterprise messaging goals. This role establishes campaign strategy, integrates creative, content, and analytics components, and ensures consistent alignment with mission needs and audience engagement expectations.
The Senior Campaign Manager oversees campaign planning, testing, execution, optimization, performance reporting, and cross-team coordination. This senior-level position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure MC&FP campaign efforts are unified, data-driven, and impactful across multiple digital ecosystems.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Campaign Manager will:
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of multi-platform digital and social media campaigns.
- Align campaign strategies, themes, and messaging with MC&FP priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Develop campaign plans, editorial calendars, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate with content, creative, analytics, UX, and PMO teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Oversee creation of campaign assets including graphics, video, messaging, and audience-specific versions.
- Manage targeting strategies, segmentation, and audience identification.
- Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance; recommend adjustments to improve conversion, reach, and engagement.
- Lead A/B testing, creative experimentation, and optimization cycles.
- Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, trend analyses, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure all campaign content adheres to accessibility, branding, and editorial standards.
- Coordinate cross-channel messaging including web, email, social, and partner platforms.
- Maintain awareness of digital trends, platform changes, and best practices to strengthen campaign performance.
Qualifications
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience (Required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale digital or social media campaigns.
- Experience developing integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
- Proven success optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Technical Knowledge (Required)
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite).
- Experience with digital campaign tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, ad platforms).
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing methodologies.
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
- Experience supporting federal or DoD digital engagement programs.
- Familiarity with accessibility, branding, and editorial compliance requirements.
