The Role- Eagle is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered infrastructure design.
- You'll leverage your Civil 3D expertise to produce high-quality civil engineering drawings while collaborating with our product team to inform how we build technology that transforms design workflows.
What You'll Do- Produce accurate, detailed civil engineering drawings and 3D models using Civil 3D for water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects
- Develop and maintain CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency across projects
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into polished construction documents
- Partner with our product team to test and provide feedback on AI-powered design tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline drafting workflows and improve production efficiency
- Manage and organize project files, xrefs, and data shortcuts to maintain clean project environments
What You'll Bring- 5+ years of experience as a CAD Designer in civil engineering (water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or transportation)
- Expert-level proficiency in Civil 3D, including corridors, pipe networks, grading, and surfaces
- Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and construction documentation standards
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, accurate drawings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities
