Senior C2 Systems Instructor / Warfighting SME Location: Quantico, VA Clearance Required: Secret (Top Secret Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role The JAAW Group LLC is seeking a Senior C2 Systems Instructor and Warfighting Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the MOCTT mission at Quantico, VA. This senior-level position is responsible for delivering expert-level instruction, scenario development, and combat operations center (COC) training in support of MAGTF command-and-control readiness. Responsibilities • Deliver expert instruction on C2 systems, warfighting functions, and COC battle drills • Develop Master Scenario Event Lists (MESLs) incorporating current threat assessments and adversary tactics • Provide real-time mentorship and coaching to Marine staffs during exercise execution • Analyze MEF/TF and MEB/MSC OpOrders and integrate content into training packages • Support full exercise lifecycle management including Initial Planning Conferences (IPC), Mid-Planning Conferences (MPC), Final Planning Conferences (FPC), ROC drills, and After-Action Reviews (AARs) • Provide SME support across all warfighting functions including fires, logistics, intelligence, communications, and maneuver • Review and recommend updates to TACSOPs, doctrinal publications, and training materials • Apply MCISD/SAT-E methodology to lesson development and performance assessments • Support T&R-based COC performance assessments and deliver written and verbal results to commanders Required Qualifications • 10+ years of USMC or joint C2 operations experience • Former commissioned officer or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) • Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred) • MCISD/SAT-E certification • USMC Instructor Certification • POR C2 systems familiarization • Bachelor's degree in Military Science, National Security, or a related technical field (Master's preferred) Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience with MOCTT, MSTP, or C2TECOE programs • Experience in multi-domain and joint/coalition training environments • Proficiency with GCCS-MC, JADOCS, C2PC, or related C2 systems
