Job Responsibilities:- Coding, testing, and optimizing applications
- Performing code reviews and improving performance
- Working with cross-functional teams, release cycles, and regression checks
Must Have: - 8+ years of experience in C development using Visual Studio
- Strong experience in backend/server-side or desktop application development (not web/frontend)
- Expertise in multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and SQL
- Proven experience in code optimization, performance tuning, and refactoring
- Experience with tech stack including SQL Server, gRPC, WinForms, WCF, REST APIs, Swagger
Nice to Have: - Experience in finance/trading domain (FX, rates, fixed income, etc.)
- Exposure to TDD/BDD practices
- Strong understanding of system design and internal architecture

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90,909 to 1,00,000
