Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and business principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Suites, especially Excel
• Ability to develop and execute action plans across functions
• Meticulous and organized with record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Evaluate MRP action reports to determine purchasing needs and prepare RFQs
• Manage supplier selection and balance demand across core suppliers
• Understand market drivers to determine pricing and mitigate supply risks
• Monitor supplier relationships and address KPI issues
• Prepare and analyze bid packages and negotiate contract terms
• Balance and prioritize competing responsibilities efficiently
• Develop informed decision-making options through data analysis
