As a Senior Business Value Consultant, you'll work alongside our Field Sales Managers supporting the ADP and WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite of products to perform pre-sales value assessments, develop relationships and act as a consultant and business advisor to our clients.

You will be responsible for identifying and quantifying areas where clients can derive additional value from our solutions. Assist our Field Sales teams by bringing a business consulting approach to sales. Conduct interviews with key stakeholders in HR, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to help uncover value opportunities.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day

Building Relationships: Command a strong understanding of HR, HR technology, HCM, Workforce Management, Employee Experience, SaaS, Cloud and Modern WFM solutions. Deliver pre-sales value assessments and post implementation case study presentations to senior leadership, including C-level, business audiences. Enjoy collaborating and team selling.

Analytical: You will be analytical and capable of conducting consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking while producing leadership level presentations. You will be comfortable and confident, challenging the status quo and creating innovative ideas for our clients that showcase the unique value of our solutions.

Communicator: You will be an excellent communicator including public speaking and workshop facilitation while being able to summarize and document findings. Board room presence and ability to think on your feet is critical.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
  • You have a minimum of seven years of directly related work experience in value engineering.
  • You'll have experience working for a SaaS organization.
  • You are able to travel 25-30% including the potential for international travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering or related field is required. MBA degree is preferred.
  • Associates that are located near an ADP or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.
