Your role:
The Senior Business Systems Specialist is a critical role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and product management expertise. This role will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The business system PO will partner with the IT system PO as well as work directly with IT system architects and developers to define, build, implement, and support business systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize product backlogs and support roadmap development based on business value and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision, progress, and key updates.
- Support testing, quality assurance, change management, and successful solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain user, business, and technical documentation, including process flows and system documentation.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage incidents, and identify root causes to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related field
Experience in the medical device field preferred
Strong business acumen and understanding of business systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to gather and prioritize requirements, and develop product roadmaps
Experience with Agile development methodologies and release planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of business systems and software lifecycle management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
