**Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst** **Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite) **Position Overview:** IDR is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team for an on-site opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves gathering and translating complex business and technical related to health and human services data, supporting the integration of technical data sources, and facilitating the development of reports and data visualizations to assist agency decision-making and strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a senior analyst gathering business and technical, data, and business rules. - Translate into test plans, scenarios, and cases for full traceability. - Facilitate integration across departments and sources of technical data. - Empower staff with querying skills, including AI prompting techniques, for data access and reporting. - Work to bridge the gap between technical data systems and operational users in an emerging AI context. ** :** - Minimum of 10 years of experience in gathering business and translating data into actionable queries. - Minimum of 10 years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations to non-technical audiences. - Minimum of 10 years in complex data analysis or as a senior business/systems analyst. - Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Proven collaboration experience with end-users, performance analysts, or internal IT teams to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations. **Duration:** Long Term
