Full Job Description
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Serve as the talent expert, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, for positions across a variety of Business functions, including Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing.
  • Source and engage top talent using a variety of methods including cold outreach, job boards, referrals, events, and networking platforms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, interview best practices, and hiring decisions.
  • Champion our brand by identifying and leading recruiting events, meetups, and other creative initiatives that enhance Ibotta's employer presence.
  • Drive process excellence by optimizing how we use our ATS, ensuring accurate data, and supporting recruiting analytics.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve the candidate and hiring manager experience, from recruiting initiatives to interview training.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to build and execute on a seamless talent strategy, ensuring ongoing exchange of critical insights, data, and market trends

What we are looking for:
  • 5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
  • Exceptional ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while being able to pivot quickly and effectively as needed
  • Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Naturally curious and adaptable with a growth mindset


Additional Details:
  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
