Position Description:Saliense is looking for a Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead to lead, set the assessment strategy and methodology, own the Operational Assessment Plan, and is accountable for the quality and on-time delivery. They will also guide culture benchmarking and present findings and future-state recommendations to agency leadership. The Lead manages and mentors a team of mid-level and junior specialists, works with the Contract Project Manager on schedule and resourcing, and makes sure team findings set up a smooth handoff to implementation.
Required Experience:- 10+ years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, operating model design, organizational transformation, or management consulting, with at least 5 years leading engagements for federal agencies.
- A demonstrated record of leading enterprise-wide current-state assessments and future-state operating model designs for large, complex, multi-component organizations, from methodology through executive adoption.
- Deep expertise in process redesign and root-cause analysis for mission-critical, cross-organizational processes (e.g., incident reporting, operational coordination, stakeholder or sector engagement).
- Experience leading organizational health, culture, and change readiness assessments, including benchmarking against peer public- and private-sector organizations and translating results into transformation roadmaps.
- Extensive experience advising and briefing SES-level and senior executive stakeholders, facilitating leadership workshops, and building consensus across organizational boundaries.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consulting teams and owning delivery of high-visibility deliverables on accelerated timelines, including quality review, risk management, and client relationship management.
Qualifications:- Degree: Bachelor's degree
- Clearance: Able to obtain and keep a DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust); must be a U.S. citizen.
- Preferred Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Prosci Change Management, or a similar certification is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nation's critical infrastructure security and resilience mission and its governing frameworks (e.g., NSM-22, the National Resilience Strategy, NCIRP, NIST CSF 2.0).
- Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000The salary range listed for this position is based on multiple factors, including relevant years of experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, security clearance level, and overall alignment with the role's requirements. The final compensation offered may vary based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
