Senior Business Process Analyst to help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with leaders, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to analyze performance data, facilitate process and value stream mapping, and recommend solutions that improve how work is planned, prioritized, and delivered. You'll help connect strategy to execution by enabling leaders to measure outcomes, eliminate waste, improve flow, and maximize business value. You'll also develop communications, training, and change management resources that help teams confidently adopt new ways of working.
By helping teams continuously improve how they work, not just what they deliver, you'll contribute to building a more agile, customer-focused organization where continuous improvement is embedded into how we plan, deliver, and improve every day.
Position ResponsibilitiesContinuous Improvement- Partner with technology teams to understand needs, document requirements, and translate opportunities into actional improvement initiatives.
- Assess organizational performance, team workflows, and delivery practices to identify opportunities to improve flow, reduce waste, and increase business value.
- Facilitate process mapping, value stream mapping, and workflow analysis to support improvement initiatives and organizational change.
- Facilitate retrospectives, problem-solving sessions, and continuous improvement workshops that drive measurable outcomes.
- Support Portfolio Management and initiatives by helping teams continuously improve planning, prioritization, and delivery practices.
Analytics & Insights- Develop dashboards and reports that measure operational performance, value delivery, and organizational health.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create executive dashboards, presentations, and recommendations that communicate organizational performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data quality and continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
Agile Enablement- Partner with Scrum Masters to pilot, evaluate, and scale Agile ways of working across the company.
- Monitor adoption, flow, and outcome metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of practices.
- Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements that help teams continuously mature.
- Support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of enterprise standards, templates, and ways of working.
Organizational Change Management- Develop communications that build awareness, encourage adoption, and reinforce Lean thinking and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Create training materials, job aids, presentations, FAQs, and reference guides.
- Support change management activities that enable successful adoption of new practices and ways of working.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and measure organizational readiness and adoption.
Collaboration- Build strong partnerships across business, technology, PMO, and transformation teams.
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track improvement initiatives.
- Support leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and materials for operational and strategic reviews.

Position Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, portfolio management, PMO, Agile, or organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, executive presentations, and training materials.
- Experience applying lean techniques, including process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement facilitation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban is required.
- Experience with Power BI and Organizational Change Management (Prosci or similar) is preferred.
- Six Sigma green or blackbelt desired.
- This position works at the Kemper office.
The range for this position is $70000 to $117100. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.).
