Full Job Description
ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support our Supply, Chain and Logistics division.

Location: Remote

Summary: Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the full range of supply chain program relationships to support studies, reviews, and investigations, as well as thorough knowledge of policies and procedures governing the bid/proposal, acquisition, receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation functions. The role engages with all levels of the supply chain organization to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for analyzing transactions and supply chain data to identify problem areas, assessing the feasibility of consolidating or expanding interconnected systems, and evaluating the impact of proposed regulatory or system changes.
  • Collaborates closely with functional users to resolve operational and procedural issues and conducts in-depth research into functional problem areas.
  • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and drives sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements.
  • Provides expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement.
  • Identifies root causes, recommends solutions, measures performance, and evaluates how emerging information technologies can support reengineered processes.
  • Other responsibilities include:
  • Preparing detailed documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap analyses
  • Leading cross-functional teams to implement improvements
  • Benchmarking internal and external best practices
  • Developing training materials to support new processes


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)

  • Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing training materials for new processes or systems
